But nobody helps you in the time when you need them the most. I have often come across this phenomenon where the company or a person states this statement solely because they have means to do something and you can literally do nothing but accept whatever they are saying even if you do not get paid or money out of this appreciation.
I have first hand experience with big corporations like Facebook, Amazon, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Upwork, Apple, Microsoft. Samsung, Spotify, Netflix. Nike and others would do anything to obtain your data from whatever means possible and leave you unpaid by providing coupons and services you don’t need. Because “we are doing this for you”, but what about millions that you have earned out of it?
Don’t get fooled by this if you get this appreciation or promotion to stay content with temporary satisfaction. As a business owner and CEO of company what I have found is that people do not really care about you or your health, wealth, whatever and they just care about the “idea” that they can procure from you.
I am not blaming these corporations but it’s more about the personal well being as an employee, company, or whatever that affects your social status. The question is “do they really care about you?”. They can “implement” an “idea” within seconds but I have found very few individuals that have original thinking, out-of-box attitude, problem solving skills, and ability to make things happen.
I have another experience where people and corporations have gone up to long lengths, very long lengths, to obtain something or to hurt the sentiments. My god, I have idiots that are waiting to cause me trouble at every corner of street, salons, restaurants, gyms or wherever possible just because let’s say I have good grades. Funny thing is that they also steal and do not pay just because they can do that.
All-in-all being at the center of such attention also means that you are doing something correct and your voice/opinion matters the most, in a way that at highest level you can change Government.
If you knew this from the start of partnership or before joining the company, keep monetary gains at highest preference. I personally do a try-and-test method to deal with people and how they react depending upon the thorough background checks. I always ask people and companies to sign certain files and terms & conditions that are devised according to the past experiences. On personal level, I try to keep my health and well-being at highest level without getting affected by surroundings because I went through training exercises of different types.
But always make sure that, not to get satisfied with temporary satisfaction or other benefits and amenities, if you do not get equal monetary gains of your right.
Get rid of people that do not set correctly on the principles that are set by you.
You should have your own principles and discipline.
