Fortune Meditation Experience

Life:

If you are getting a stairway to heaven then make sure you get there at an early age because what would an old person do in heaven with all the disabilities? If you believe that there is no heaven or hell, then you would just be born again without carrying your wealth, memories, religion, nationality, and everything else. Live every moment of your life because your insanity is in your hands, your common sense is your stupidity, your ego is your limit and beyond this limit you do not have a self identity. This means you are limitless to do things that you like.

Would you spend 1 year of your life in silence just to figure out your life entirely and think about everything, literally everything about yourself and people around you and situations or whatever might be part of your life? If you are considering the vast pool of knowledge that you could consume, then we learn very few things in life, including science, maths, and all other subjects. They say that there is a book for everything. But if you are really looking to explore the entire thing called knowledge and what humans are capable of thinking, it is very vast considering what an entire human species might have thought about since the beginning of civilization. For example, science is just based upon a concept that people have written down through ages and will go on as an extended form of research and study of previous people. But there are other ways to study science by not considering the research and study of our ancestors. Another way to explain this is 2+5 is 7. This is the point of limit where you are conditioned to think in a certain way that is common to everyone. Another thing to explain this is that the people speaking different languages have different types of vocabulary that influences their thinking, thought process, feelings and experiences because that is how we are conditioned to think. There might be a word for a certain thing in a certain language that is not in other languages or people might have never noticed what that word describes. But the World is really big and as a human species we have thinking, thought process, feelings and experiences of very little things. There is definitely a limit to what human minds are capable of doing compared to that of a fly.

If you get to go back in the past with keeping all the memories, would you still go? Wouldn’t it be boring to live the same life again? What is our purpose on Earth as humans? I had written down this thing about heaven, hell, and life. Keeping that in my mind, why were we created? Was it to evolve as a species by reproducing or something else like going back to the place from where we belong? Considering our basic needs like food, shelter, clothing, water and sleep, we do not need much to live but our other needs such as information/entertainment, technology, drugs, passion, and other habits is what we are addicted to most these days.

After dealing with a traumatic incident, if you are still living with regrets over mistakes or whatever others would like you to believe, then better not spend this life with that thinking. But there is always something beyond the limit for you to live and make your own life as beautiful, creative and happy. You just have to work for it.

I am not sure if that issue is with me or everyone in the world, that people do not talk to them. I have thought and observed it as a problem with many individuals, almost everyone, that they fail to have direct communication for necessary and important things. They would make a tattoo on their hand, build a sign on Everest, or even talk to every person on Earth instead of just picking up their phone, text/call me or reaching out at my place to talk in

person. That’s just life but you have to pull yourself out from that limit you have set for yourself and talk or reach out. Ask me anything. I have an answer for that. Either way, I have always believed that your future depends upon the choices and decisions you make at a particular instance, and your life keeps on changing according to the environment factors, basic needs, and other things. You are the same person as before, but the state of your mind, immediate needs, and long-term needs keep on changing with time. That could be because of self-help books, some movies you watched, or whatever things you have experienced that have changed your outlook. If it was an unbiased quiz where there was proof about how the dynamic of personality and behaviour work in different conditions, then that is something else. However, if 10/10 people say that you have an amazing personality and you fail at a personality quiz, then how is that a measure of your being. What does a person see in you that any other person doesn’t? They have set a limit for themselves or there is something really special about you?

If you meditate or eat something to reach the stage where you are not yourself anymore, you are in for a number of possibilities and do things that the introvert part of yourself would not do. That’s the way you were programmed to be from your childhood, education system, or other factors. But to realize that you can do something good for yourself, which the normal programmed version would not do, is something greater than the ego that you define or contain yourself into. I will give you more information about this later.

Intervention:

Intervention is the most important aspect of our lives because it teaches us the difference between what we are doing compared to what we should be doing in our lives. With that being said, it is very important to reflect upon oneself and your habit patterns. Most of the time we ignore this because we are so conditioned to our ego, day-to-day regular life and forget how important it is to do much more in life. By keeping back past life through
self-reflection and to develop a fresh new life is what I am talking about.

Meditation:

The Human Mind is in a way that your brain constantly receives thoughts as signals that are either something you think about, something that is influenced by surroundings, something that you do not know why you thought about and something that is necessary based upon things you are doing.

The process continues even when you are sleeping and that is why you visualise dreams. In that way, thoughts also create emotions, feelings, memories, mood, and sensations.

Meditation is a practice through which you have to observe each thought as you receive it and detach whatever these thoughts create. Every type of meditation where you chant, breathe, feel, or other things essentially means to focus only on one thought at a time and you decide what thought that is and detach most of the emotions or whatever thoughts create.

When you continue this process, not only do you understand your thoughts but also have essential control over what you think, whatever emotions, what you feel, your intellect and

decision making aspect. But this is not the most important thing because this is the positive effect of Meditation when you are not in a Meditative state.

Meditation has other important life changing effects on people where people come out of life long depression, mental health issues, physical health issues, increase in focus, increase in concentration, and a lot of different things.

Vipassana Meditation:

When you practice Vipassana Meditation, your discipline, mindset, comfort zone, basic needs, and other things are put to test based upon the inside mental strength you develop. This essentially means to give the Vipassana Meditation process more importance.

The other important thing is to give away the ego and mental image of yourself. You have to remember that for 10 days you are nobody and you have to give away the necessary comforts totally for a simple lifestyle.

The day starts at 4AM, 7AM Breakfast, 11AM Lunch, 5PM Lemon water, 7PM Lecture and 9PM Sleep. You have to only remember these things and forget about everything else in the world.

In a Meditative state, you are going to be in a state where you are in a Meditative state, then suddenly you have distraction in the form of a thought, sensation or whatever and you remember what state you were in before. It is very important to minimise distractions. This could be done by sitting in a tight posture, hands in a certain way, legs in the most comfortable manner possible, and whatever takes away your attention while reading a magazine.

This hand mudra with a straight back posture helps you move your centre of gravity or centre of mass a little bit in front of you thereby assisting shift of weight and you will feel less upper body weight. This helps with prolonged sittings, moving legs, feel lightweight, and a hand posture that could be used instead of other hand postures.

The other important aspect is not to look at what time it is, what day it is, and anything that you are conditioned to. This helps with biological reset of your food timings, sleep timings and other activities. What this means is that you shall realise and feel your biological existence in a different way than your actual existence. Additionally, you wouldn’t even know you are on the 10th day.

If you are doing the meditation with complete determination then remember to make use of each second. You would not get this opportunity again in the way it is now even if you get to attend the next 10-day course. The 10-days are just going to pass by. Your efforts would be an addition of each second you spend meditating. Make it worth it. You would not reach the same meditative state or might feel in a different way every time you meditate. But after the 10th day, things would not be the same as you go into reality and you should feel why I did not do this course before in my lifetime.

While you Meditate, it is very important to decrease your consumption of food if you are looking to reach the Meditative state early. A lot of people have a habit of afternoon napping or sleepiness because of a heavy lunch that is essentially not very good. I follow a strict food plan where I do not eat anything on the 9th day, 10th day and prior to that only a fruit on 8th day likewise in increasing order. Fasting helps with the real connection of your body to soul because you have given up almost every basic need and meditation is your only entertainment or feel-good process. It ain’t just about taking control over your senses and developing new senses, but for the 10-day Meditative process. This also enhances your addiction and dopamine energy into building a fast and strong meditative state.

When you have developed enough control over your thoughts, senses, basic needs and other essentials needs, it is very important to know that your mind will find other ways to do something or generate feel-good sensations. This pleasant state of mind will allow us to open energy centres, extraordinary senses, chakras, free flow of energy, vibrant energy fields and much more. There are a lot of things that you can experience inside your mind and body than you can in the outside world. Entering this Meditative state and experiencing these feelings, understanding and strength in itself contributes to personal development and mind functioning improvements that leads to the path of enlightenment.

The most important thing about meditation is to untie the knots from the past and let go of everything you know or learnt. It is very important to understand that you are here for the 10-day meditation for yourself and you have forgotten not only things from the past but everything that you know or learnt. This is very important because during meditation you have to let go of everything. You would realise that you are moving from a negative/positive mindset towards the light of enlightenment in all its positive glory. This is the positive long term impact and everytime you attend a course you would be a new person that has experienced new things each time. The total accumulation of each second of effort during
this period and each course is the most priceless and expensive thing you can ever imagine.

Take a morning 4AM bath with cold water because this is very useful while meditating. When you meditate, not only are you fresh but during the process you shall feel a thin layer of cold and warm layer on your skin. This is essential to experience because if you meditate and observe correctly, you will feel the warm blood in your body. This is just something that could be experienced but try to feel your heart beat and control that internally. But overall there are various other things that could be experimented and naturally experienced during the entire course.

Other things that could be done is not to wear footwear in order to be connected to the Earth but you have to consider bringing essential electrolytes and vitamins/minerals to keep the

entire 10-day process active. Not wearing footwear and only normal clothing with no accessories/jewelry are important factors.

Conclusion:

Meditation is like Inflation. The more you grow the less you would value practicing it each day. But the more time you spend practicing meditation, the more you shall grow. However, this is my personal way of meditating. I am not giving you 1000 units of meditation seconds, that would be of no use. I am giving you the best practices and takeaways from my experience that would be useful for you to cultivate your own meditative state and grow it to change your life for better good.
